RALEIGH -- Elizabeth McIntrye, 30, passed away suddenly Wednesday at Duke Medical Center.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. in McChesney Hall at First Presbyterian Church, 1101 E. Ash St. in Goldsboro. A service to celebrate Elizabeth's life will follow in the sanctuary at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Drew Clark and the Rev. Ryan Rasmussen officiating. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
Elizabeth was born in Wilson July 12, 1979, to Lawrence Fuller McIntyre Jr. and Pamela Gardner McIntyre of Goldsboro.
She was a graduate of North Carolina Wesleyan College and was employed as legal assistant with Wyrick, Robbins, Yates and Ponton LLP in Raleigh.
Elizabeth was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Goldsboro.
In addition to her parents, Elizabeth is survived by her husband, David Allen Wells; her brother, Mac McIntyre; her stepchildren, Jessica Wells, Joshua Wells and Christopher Wells; and her special nephews, Connor McIntyre and Aiden McIntyre.
