MOUNT OLIVE -- Emily W. Nichelson, 87, 512 E. Hillsboro St., died Friday at Mount Olive Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Free Will Baptist Church, with the Rev. Merwyn Smith, officiating. Burial will be in Grantham Cemetery.
Born in Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Marshall and Janie Smith Williams.
She is survived by her husband, Seymour Nickelson Jr., and three children.
A viewing will be held Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Garris Funeral Home.
