Willie "Eddie" Chestnut, 86, 324 N. Alabama Ave., died Thursday.
Funeral services will held be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Elm Grove Church of Christ in Pikeville. Burial with military honors will follow in Sandhills Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake.
He is survived by four children.
There will be no public viewing.
The family will assemble at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro Friday at 9 a.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
