NEWARK, N.J. -- Paul F. Dixon, 76, passed away Saturday at his home.
The funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Matthews United Methodist Church in Newark.
He was a 1953 graduate of Dillard High School.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Nora H. Dixon; two daughters, Paula Roderick (Michael) of Edgewater Park, N.J., and Gwen Caldwell of the home; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Ralphael Dixon (Dazetta) and Will Dixon (Minnie) both of Goldsboro; one uncle, P.H. Holloway of Goldsboro; several nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
