Olive Marjorie Yocum Uphold, 90, 201 Camden Park Drive, died Wednesday morning at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Parsons' City Cemetery in Parsons, W.Va.
Born in Parsons, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Albert and Bertha Street Yocum, wife of the late Russell Warden Uphold and grandmother of the late Karen Masters McNeill.
She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness.
Mrs. Uphold is survived by a son, Bernard Russell Uphold of Laurel, Md.; three daughters, Phyllis Jean Masters of Greensboro, Margaret June Bangerd of Taneytown, Md., and Lois Diane Uphold of Goldsboro; one sister, Thelma Louise Pierpoint of Streetsboro, Ohio; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and her favorite kitty, Symon.
The family will receive friends Friday immediately following the funeral service at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
