WASHINGTON, D.C. -- John Earl Best, 93, died Friday.
The funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Luke Baptist Church, 1415 Gallantin St. N.W. in Washington, D.C. Interment will follow at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3404 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, Md.
He was the son of the late Dennis and Ruth Best of Goldsboro.
Visitation will be Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at St. Luke Baptist Church.
