PIKEVILLE -- Carrie Jean Pate, 75, of 141 Buggy St., died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro, with visitation afterward. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Hollowell Cemetery in Princeton.
Mrs. Pate was born in Wayne County Dec. 22, 1933, to the late Sully Perry and Alma Hollowell Pate.
She is survived by three children.
The family will receive friends at other times at the home of her son, Randy Pate, 145 Buggy St., in Pikeville.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home & Crematory.
