Slavko Mutlak, 53, died Wednesday at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Serbian Orthodox Church, St. Basil of Ostrog in Kernersville, with Father Dragan Zaric officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Born in Gorazde, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, he was the son of the late Veljko and Saja Sokolovic Mutlak.
Mr. Mutlak is survived by his wife, Radmila S. Mutlak, and two daughters.
Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and Crematory of Goldsboro is serving the family.
