BROOKLYN, N.Y. -- Robert Smith Sr., 84, Jerome Ave., formerly of Wayne County, died Tuesday at the Veterans Administration Hospital in New York.
Graveside services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Rest Haven Cemetery in Dudley.
One son survives.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at 405 Alabama Ave., where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
