KENANSVILLE -- Mrs. Helen Batts Leak "Knotty James," 69, died Sunday at Duplin General Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at noon at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, Rose Hill, with the Bishop Carlos Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at the Rockfish Memorial Cemetery, Wallace.
Mrs. Leak is survived by her husband; three sisters, four sisters- in-law; five brothers-in-law; one mother-in-law; three daughters; two sons; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four sisters-in-law; five brothers-in-law; one mother-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 472 Wells Town Road, Rose Hill.
