FREMONT -- Kathy Head Scott of 129 Evans Farm Road died Saturday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be 7 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont. Visitation will follow the service. A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.
She is survived by her husband, David Lee Scott; and her mother and stepfather, Valeria and H.B. Smith of Snow Hill.
Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her father, Jim Head.
