Joyce Scott Stretz, 204 Shadywood Drive died Friday night at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. from Oak Forest Church of Christ, 2705 N. Park Drive. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Hwy. 70 West, Goldsboro. Robert Goff will officiate.
Mrs. Stretz's family will receive family and friends one hour prior to the service.
Surviving is her husband of 56 years, Frank A. Stretz; a son, Frank A. Stretz Jr. and wife, Brenda Joyce, of Aurora, Colo.; daughters, Victoria L. Stretz of Milwaukee, Wis., and Jacqueline Stretz of Port Saint Lucie, Fla.; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Frank Scott of Las Vegas, N.V., James Creager of Puyallup, Wash., and Richard Creager of Bullhead City, Ariz.; and two sisters, Virginia Kilburg and Geraldine Burpee both of Las Vegas, N.V.
Mrs. Stretz was born to Vonda McMillan and Franklin Scott in Lawton, Okla. She was a member of Oak Forest Church of Christ.
