WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Barbara Jean Vailes Royall, formerly of Goldsboro, died Friday in Washington. She was a graduate of Dillard High School and Fayetteville State University.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church, 2498 Alabama Ave., SE, Washington, D.C.
Among her survivors are her husband, Bobby Royall; sister, Bernice Vailes Royall; mother-in-law, Elouise Royall of Goldsboro.
