MARGARET 'MARGIE' BREWINGTON
Funeral services for Margaret "Margie" Brewington will be noon Wednesday at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Kenneth Tate officiating. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy Hamilton and Corliss Hamilton. She was a former employee of the Wayne County Health Department and the Goldsboro News-Argus.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Brewington Jr.; one daughter, Miracle Brewington of Brooklyn, N.Y.; three sons, Levi Barnes of Austin, Texas, Edward Lee Brewington of Goldsboro, Edward Leonard Brewington of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two sisters, LaVerne Bolling of Wichita, Kansas, and Joan Hamilton of Bronx, N.Y.
Visitation will be 2-7 p.m. Tuesday at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., with the family present to receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m.
