Stephanie Holly Smith Gregory, 26, died Wednesday at her home.
She is survived by her husband, Corey Gregory of the home; and mother, Amy Boykin of Clinton.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw. Visitation will be tonight from 7 to 9 at the funeral home and other times at the home of John Gregory.
