LEONA T. HETZEL

Leona Taylor Hetzel, 97, passed on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007, at the home of her granddaughter, Sherri S. Haithcock. She had been a resident of Goldsboro for over four years and had been a prior resident of Dayton, Ohio.
Leona was preceded in death by her husbands, Richard D. Taylor and Orval Hetzel. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Doris T. Leggett, a resident of Goldsboro since 1972.
She is survived by two sons, Richard L. Taylor of Kentucky and Gary M. Taylor of Ohio. Leona is the grandmother of nine, great-grandmother of 13 and great-great-grandmother of five.
Funeral and burial with her family will be held in Owensboro, Ky., at Rose Hill Cemetery.
