PRINCETON -- James Leroy Capps, 69, of Worley Road, died Thursday afternoon at WakeMed in Raleigh. Born in Johnston County, he was the son of the late Atlas Daniel and Viola Daughtry Capps.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home in Princeton with the Revs. Harold Anderson and Tom McLendon officiating. Burial will follow in the Princeton Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma Mitchell Capps.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
