Fred McCullough, 59, 808 Annabell St., died Tuesday at N.C. Special Care Center in Wilson.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Old Mill Cemetery with Apostle D. L. McIntyre officiating. Viewing will be 2-6 p.m. Sunday at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries in Goldsboro.
