Lila Dorman Bryant, 73, of Dunn, died Thursday at E. Carlton Powell Hospice Center in Lillington. The Harnett County native was the daughter of the late Paul and Ava H. Dorman.

She was a member of Stoney Run Church, along with her husband, Marvin. She devoted 35 years of her life to the ministry, and for the past 14 years, she served Friendly Holiness PFWB Church in Mount Olive, along with her husband.

Services will be held at 5 p.m. today at Stoney Run PFWB. Dr. Herbert Carter, the Revs. Murray King and Preston Heath will officiate. Burial will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Marvin Bryant; two daughters, Karen McNeely of Nashville and Leah Hinson of Dunn; three brothers, Ted Dorman of Angier, the Rev. Tom Dorman of Goldsboro and the Rev. Norwood Dorman of Angier; five grandchildren; and three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends following the service.

Services are being handled by Skinner and Smith Funeral Home.
