WILMINGTON - Jackie Glenn Sasser, 44, died Monday, Nov. 27. He was born in Wilmington to the late Jack and Lucille Hall Sasser. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Jeanette Hall and Harvey and Sudie Sasser, all of Goldsboro.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Creech Sasser; two daughters, Jamee Marie and Samantha Rose Sasser; one sister, Janet S. Long.
The family received friends at Coble Ward - Smith Funeral Home, Wilmington.
Graveside service was held at 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 1, at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Wilmington, with the Rev. Keith Hollar officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made on behalf of Jamee and Samantha, c/o James Creech, 18 Creech Lane, Winnabow, N.C. 28479.
