KENLY - Udell G. Cockrell, 94, 127 Harvey Road, died Monday at her home.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Center Ridge Presbyterian Church with Dr. Richard McDuffy officiating. Burial will follow in Center Ridge Church Cemetery.
She is survived by four daughters; Dorothy Cockrell O'Neal of Selma, Helen Cockrell Parrish of Pansey, Ala., Phyllis Cockrell Rowe of Kenly, Judy Cockrell Weaver of Newport; one son, Charles Franklin Cockrell of Fuquay Varina; one sister, Eula Godwin of Kenly; two brothers, Thurston Godwin of Kenly and Ray Godwin of Wilson; 13 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Cockrell was preceded in death by her husband, W. Raymond Cockrell.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Coley Funeral Home.
