GOLDSBORO - Retired Lt. Col. Raymond Swinson, Jr. 62, of 511 Todd Drive, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He was a graduate of Dillard High School, A&T University and the Trustee at St. James AME Zion Church
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and are being handled by Hamilton Funeral Chapel, Goldsboro.
