Martha "Janie" Hall Howell, 55, of 111 Countryview Drive, died Thursday at her home. A native of Wayne County, she was born the daughter of the late Cecil and Betty Howell Hall.
Services will be held at 5 p.m. this evening at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ferrell Hardison officiating. Internment will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Pikeville Cemetery.
Surviving are one daughter, Tiffany Howell of Goldsboro; sons, Corey Linton and wife, Cherie, of Pikeville, Jimmy Linton and wife, Susie, of Goldsboro, Brandon Rouse of Goldsboro, and Kevin Jones and wife, Tanya, of St. James, Minn.; sisters, Kathi Strickland of Raleigh, and Mary Ann Sandy and husband, Johnny, of Clayton; brothers, Thomas A. Hall of Arlington, Va., and Richard C. Hall and wife, Brenda, of Jackson, Tenn.; and 13 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
