Mary Virginia Glascock Cook died Wednesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A graveside service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park with the Rev. Dr. Fred Clarke officiating.
Mrs. Cook was the widow of William Carl Cook. She was a member of First Christian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 54.
She is survived by a brother, Joe D. Glasscock of Marietta, Ga.; and nieces, Margie Wiesman and husband, Michael, of Huntsville, Ala., and Karen Roll of Marietta, Ga.
The family will receive friends Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
The family wishes to extend its thanks and appreciation to Elsie Lassiter and her caregivers for being such wonderful companions and caretakers for Aunt Ginny for more than two years.
