VERNON C. WEBSTER
April 1, 1932-Sept. 21, 2006
Retired Air Force Technical Sgt. Vernon Cecil Webster, 74, 3201 Central Heights Road, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Seymour Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery with full military honors.
Mr. Webster was born in Caldwell, Idaho, to the late Leo Webster and Lilly Hobert Webster. He retired from the Air Force and after retirement, worked with the NCO Club at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Gilkey Webster; his daughters, Teresa Brown of Texas and Cathy Moore of Goldsboro; his sons, Vernon Leo Webster of Texas, and Paul Webster of Fayetteville; two sisters; four brothers; and seven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends following the service.
