Annie Irene Walker Weeks Shushok, 80, a resident of the Sterling House, died Thursday afternoon at her home.
Mrs. Shushok was born in Wayne County Sept. 10, 1926 to the late Frank Bedford Walker and Ethel Nora Franklin Mason. She was married to the late Andrew Shushok, Jr. and was a retired beautician.
A graveside service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park with the Rev. King White officiating.
She is survived by her sons, David Weeks and wife Tania, of Goldsboro, and James Weeks of Goldsboro; her sister Betty Edwards of Norfolk, Va.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her special caregivers, Barbara Walker and Marty Williams.
The family will receive Saturday following the service at the graveside.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
