MOUNT OLIVE -- Phyllis Ann Holloman Faulk, 42, died at her residence on Tuesday.
She was a member of the 1981 graduating class of Southern Wayne Senior High School and she was a 2003 graduate of James Sprunt Community College. She was employed as a medical assistant with Goshen Medical Center, Inc.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. tonight at Tyndall's Funeral Chapel in Mount Olive, with visitation following the service. At other times, friends and relatives will be received at her residence at 498 Bowden Road, Mount Olive. Committal and burial will be at 10 a.m. on Friday in the Holloman Family Cemetery near the home.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Faulk; a son, Kasey Faulk of Mount Olive; a daughter, Nikki Nicole Faulk of Mount Olive; her parents, Leonard and Minnie Lee Brock Holloman of Mount Olive; and three brothers, Milton Ray Holloman and wife, Blossom, of Mount Olive, Rickie Nelson Holloman of Goldsboro, and Billy Gray Holloman of Mount Olive.
