BALTIMORE, Md. -- Elizabeth Johnson Attaberry (formerly of Goldsboro) died Tuesday in Bon Secours Hospital after a brief illness.
She was the daughter of the late Margaret Sykes and Alvin Johnson.
She is survived by a son, Perry "Butch" Brooks; two brothers, John Washington of Baltimore and Nathan Gilmer of South Carolina; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
