Audrey Lee Pittman Hinnant, 78, of Wilson died Thursday.
The funeral will be held today at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway. A graveside service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park. The Rev. Ray Barnhill will officiate.
Mrs. Hinnant is survived by her husband, Loumis F. Hinnant; a daughter, Delaine Bailey and husband, Jerold, of Raleigh; a son, Franklin "Frankie" Hinnant and wife, Elizabeth, of Dallas; two granddaughters, Jennifer Bailey of Raleigh and Jordan Hinnant of Dallas; a grandson, Joseph Hinnant of Dallas; and three sisters, Olive Edwards of Halifax, Helen Tyson of Fayetteville, and Louise Waddell of Goldsboro.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Needham Pittman and Lanie Underwood Pittman; three sisters, Sally Morris, Fannie Nichols, Minnie Pearce; and a brother, Willard Pittman.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home immediately following the service on Sunday, and other times at the residence.
