CAROLE BAARS

WARSAW -- Carole Lee Baars died Sunday after a struggle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).
She was preceded in death by her father, Fred J. Baars, and is survived by her mother, Rachel Frederick Baars of Warsaw; one daughter, Elizabeth Hakan, and her husband, Adam Rudd; one brother, Fred J. Baars, and his wife Kathy; and one sister, Sue Baars Smith.
A memorial service will beheld Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Warsaw Presbyterian Church.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the ALS Association, 120-101 Penmarc Drive, Raleigh, N.C., 27603.
