AULANDER -- Erma Lee Williams Hoggard, 85, of Aulander died Thursday at Bertie Memorial Hospital in Windsor.
Mrs. Hoggard was the daughter of the late Joseph "Billy" Williams and Amelia Mae Williams. She was also preceded in death by husband, James Bruce Hoggard. She was a member of Connaritsa Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, James Bruce Hoggard Jr. and his wife Donna of Dudley; grandchildren, Tammy Cartagena and husband, Wilson of Dudley, Gary Hoggard and wife, Judy of Pikeville, Maria Cartagena, Chris Cartagena, Casey Sasser, and Wyatt Hoggard; great grandchild Austin Cartagena and several nieces, nephews and two sisters-in-law.
Graveside services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Edgewood Cemetery in Windsor with Rev. Charles Thompson officiating.
Arrangements are with Massey Funeral Home in Aulander.
