Fonville J. "Pope" Royall, 54, of 185 E. Pine Forest Road, Mount Olive, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at Winn Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Louise Lee will officiate. Interment will be in the Royall Family Cemetery, Mount Olive.
He is survived by his wife, Esmeralda Royall of the home; three sons, Corey Green, Domonic Royall and Demetrius Royall of Dudley; one daughter, Labrika Royall of Mount Olive; two brothers, Wayne Royall of Winston-Salem and Leslie Royall of Columbus, S.C.; one sister, Betty Beaman of Columbus, S.C.; and seven grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 4 until 8 p.m. on Saturday at Garris Funeral Home and the family will be present from 7 until 8 p.m. to receive friends.
