A memorial service for John Earl Hagins Jr. of Durham, formerly of Fremont, will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Wave of Glory Faith Center. Pastor Daniel Uzzell will conduct the service.
Mr. Hagins is survived by two brothers, Anthony Hagins and Herman Artis Jr. of Fremont; and five sisters; Joyce Hagins, Shelia Hagins Butler and Earldean Hagins of Newport News, Va., Albertnetta of Durham and Linda Harper Wooten of Goldsboro.
Rhodes Funeral Home in Goldsboro is serving the family.
