Jimmy "Dill" Sanderson, of 237 Dill Sanderson Lane, died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be Monday at 3 p.m. at Pink Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. Elwood Oliver officiating. Burial will be held in Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
He is survived by wife, Carolyn Herring Sanderson of the home; daughters, Debbie S. Wheeler of Mount Olive and Jennifer S. Brinson of Seven Springs; son Jimmy "Jimbo" Sanderson Jr. of Mount Olive; brothers, Parker Sanderson of Pink Hill, Albert Sanderson of Grifton, and Ray Sanderson of Kinston.
Visitation will be held today from 7-9 p.m. at Pink Hill Funeral Home.
