FREMONT -- David "Pete" Barnes, 68, died Saturday.
A graveside service was held today at 11 a.m. at the Boswell Family Cemetery near Kenly.
Mr. Barnes is survived by two sisters, Nancy Carol Narron of Middlesex and Josepine Collier of Lucama.
The family is at the Collier home at 206 Spring St., Lucama.
