CHARLES B. FIELDS

Charles B. Fields, 80, of Boston, Mass., died Monday in New Bern.
He was the brother of Jenny Nelson and Betty Jane Combs of Goldsboro. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy, his parents, Floyd and Ila Mae Fields, and eight siblings.
In addition to his sisters, he is survived by one son, Charles Fields Jr. of Massachusetts, and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Boston.
