KERON BUTTS

GREENSBORO -- Keron Butts died Monday at Friends Homes at Guilford.
Ms. Butts was born in Mount Olive to the late Franklin F. and Vennie Kornegay Butts. A graduate of Mount Olive High School and North Carolina College for Women, she worked for the U.S. Treasury Department until her retirement.
A graveside service will be held today at 2 p.m. at Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 1:30 p.m. in the living room at Friends Homes at Guilford .
She is survived by 2 nieces along with several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Arrangements are by the North Elm Street Chapel of Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home in Greensboro.
