Shannon Lane Patin, 18, of 503 West Station St., Mount Olive, died Saturday.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with the Rev. Christian Powell and the Rev. Charles Kirkland officiating. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
Shannon was born in Wayne County.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Belinda and Sam French of Mount Olive; his father and stepmother, Tony and Diane Patin of Breaux Bridge, La.; a brother, Brandon Patin of Mount Olive; a sister, Jennifer Patin of Mount Olive; his maternal grandfather, Tharron Lanier of Seven Springs; and his paternal grandmother, Lucy Patin of Breaux Bridge, La.
The family will greet friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, and other times at the residence.
