FRANKIE JERNIGAN

GOODYEAR, ARIZ.--Frankie Jernigan, 60, died Tuesday at West Valley Hospital in Goodyear, Ariz.
Mr. Jernigan was born in Wayne County to Bessie W. Robinson of Goldsboro and the late Woodrow Jernigan. He was an electrical superintendent for Enterprise Electric and had a passion for Nascar racing and fishing.
Funeral services were held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Watery Branch Free Will Baptist Church in Stantonsburg. Burial was in Pineview Cemetery in Seven Springs.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his beloved wife Gayle C. Jernigan; children Shane Jernigan, Clayton Jernigan, Holly O'Shea, and Virginia Adams; grandchildren Joshua, J.T., Jacob, Caleb, and Maggie Gayle; his brother Tommy Jernigan of Moorehead City; his sisters Margaret Best and Hilda Chase, both of Goldsboro; nephews John, George, and Chris; nieces Kathy, Monica, Cindy, Sandy, Dawn, Tommie Anne, Melinda; as well as many friends.
The family received friends Friday from 6- 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
