MARY ANN SWINDALL

DUDLEY -- Mary Ann Swindall, 68, of 207 Blueridge Drive, died Monday at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Smithfield.
Mrs. Swindall was born on December 8, 1938, in Beacon, N.Y., to the late William Spreen and Sarah Gardiner. She was a retired waitress with the Waffle House.
Survivors include her husband, John Koetz; her children, Joseph, Vicki, Terri, Debbie and Tammy; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
No formal services will be held.
Seymour Funeral Home is serving the family.
