Died April 19, 2006

TURKEY -- Inez Ginn, 87, died Wednesday at her home.

The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home in Clinton. The Rev. Raeford Carter and the Rev. Jimmy Flowers will officiate. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive.

A Wayne County native, Mrs. Ginn was the daughter of the late John Morgan Worrell and Blanche Smith Worrell and the widow of James Eddie Ginn. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Brenda R. Hope of Clinton; a brother, Bruce Worrell of Goldsboro; three sisters, Dixie Barwick of Goldsboro, Naomi Grantham of Grantham and Geraldine Thomas of Beulaville; eight grandchildren, Tony Ginn of the home, Steve Ginn of Turkey, Jeffery Ginn of Apex, Johnny Hope, Kayla Ginn, Sue King and Michelle Weeks of Clinton and Brandy Lee of Warsaw; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, James Ray Ginn; two daughters, Barbara Jean Ginn and Bonnie Sue Ginn; six brothers, Marvin, Victor, Paul, Jimmy, Willy and Wiley Worrell; and a sister, Pauline Worrell Kearney.

The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home, and other times at the residence at 4130 Cabin Museum Road, Turkey.
