FAISON -- The funeral for Winnie R. Royall, 74, of 11641 Faison Hwy., will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Goshen Disciple Church. Dr. Davis Atkinson will officiate. Burial will be in Carver Cemetery.
Mrs. Royall died Monday at Wake Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late Dock and Dollie Hargrove Best. She retired as a health care technician at O'Berry Center.
She is survived by one daughter, Lillian Mincy of the home; one brother, the Rev. Dock M. Best of Mount Olive; two sisters, Elma Lockamy of Faison and Rachel Ragin of Mount Olive; and four grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 4 until 7 p.m. on Friday at Garris Funeral Home in Mount Olive.
