IOLA M. LOVE
Died March 17, 2006
TEACHEY -- Iola Murphy Love died Friday at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
The funeral was to be held today at 1 p.m. at Rockfish A.M.E. Church, with the Rev. T. Campbell officiating. Burial was to be in the church cemetery.
A native of Duplin County, Mrs. Love was the daughter of the late Ever and Louise Fennell Murphy and she was the widow of Willie Love.
She is survived by one son, Charles Love of Hillside, N.J.; three daughters, Pamela L. Vann of Magnolia and Shirley Love and Towanda Love of Wallace; two brothers, Ivory Murphy of Goldsboro and Lib Murphy of Wallace; one sister, Louvinia Wilson of Teachey; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family received friends on Tuesday from 6 until 7 p.m. at Matthews Funeral Chapel, Wallace.
