DUDLEY -- Patrick Joseph "Pat" Keefe, 49, of 100 Pam St., died Sunday night at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem.
Born in Utica, NY., he was the son of the late Kenneth Charles and Elizabeth Odom Keefe and was employed as the Fleet Manager for Goldsboro Milling Company.
He is survived by his wife, Corliss Sowers Keefe; a son, Joey Keefe of Dudley, and his fiancée, Holly Strickland; a daughter, Sharon Williams of Wilmington, and her husband, Drew Williams; two brothers, Michael Keefe of Georgia and Timmy Keefe of Houston, Texas; two sisters, Kathy Jernigan of Nahunta and Rita Boyette of Pink Hill; and two grandchildren, John Williams and Ashlyn Williams.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, with Pastor Ira Williford officiating.
Family members will greet friends tonight from 7 until 9 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and at other times at the residence.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn., 38105.
