Doreen W. Harris, 30, died Thursday at the University Hospital in Newark, N.J.
A private service will be held.
Miss Harris was a member of Promiseland Baptist Church in Newark, N.J.
She is survived by one son, Armani Nelson of the home; one daughter, Tadora Nelson of the home; three brothers, Maurice Harris, Larry Harris, and Rudolph Harris of Goldsboro; and one sister, Catherine Clark of Goldsboro.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Harris.
