WILSON -- Betty Smith Davis, 71, of Wilson died Friday.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Mrs. Davis graduated from Wilson School of Nursing and retired as a registered nurse at Wilson Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of Williard Thomas "Slim" Davis.
Her survivors include two sons, Thomas Lynn Davis of Middlesex and Jeffrey Blake Davis of Buford, Ga.; three brothers, Arnold Smith of Pikeville, Clifton Smith of Clayton and John Robert Smith of Virginia.; and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway.
