Jenny Friend Chaffin, 47, of 1700 River Road, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Chaffin was born in Sonoma, Calif., and was the daughter of Doris Massey Friend of Pineville, La., and the late Kenneth R. Friend. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Pineville, La.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Chaffin is survived by her husband, Steven Chaffin; two sisters, Anna Auge, and her husband, Shawn, of Montgomery, La., and Suzie Gaal and husband, Pat, of Pensacola, Fla.; two brothers, Robert J. Friend, and his wife, Rhonda, of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Dale Friend of Pineville, La.
A Service of Remembrance will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
