The funeral for Rahkee Nasir Christian Pocknett, 2-month-old son of Lenny and Vivian Pocknett of Carolina Pines, Lot 21, will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of McIntyre Funeral Home. The Rev. Bernice Kenon will officiate. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Dashae Smith, and three brothers, Leonard Pocknett III, Mikhail Pocknett and Lenier Pocknett, all of the home; his maternal grandparents, Michelle Council, Jerome Council and William Dewitt, all of Goldsboro; and his paternal grandparents, Leonard Pocknett Sr. of Mashpee, Mass., and Jane Pocknett of Metchuen, N.J.
The viewing will be during the hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
