KENLY -- G. Wayne Boyette, 63, of 9205 Kirby Road, died Monday at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Smithfield.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Coley Funeral Home. The Rev. Frankie Elliott and the Rev. Emmett Earl Turner will officiate. Burial will be in Pittman Family Cemetery.
Mr. Boyette was the son of the late Teenie and Rena Boyette.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Boyette; two stepdaughters, Ann Earp of Kenly and Becky Williams of Virginia; three stepsons, Paul Flowers of Centerville, Robbie Williams of Tarboro and Sammy Williams of Texas; five sisters, Gladys Boyette and Sue Farmer of Kenly, Diane Mattox of Gates, Pat Carter of Lucama and Terry Minshew of Stantonsburg; two brothers, Bobby Boyette of Walstonburg and Randy Boyette of Black Creek; and four step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends on Friday night from 7 until 9 at Coley Funeral Home.
