The funeral for Evelyn Smith Super, 61, of 102 Brock St.., will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Larry Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Super died Friday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
She is survived by two daughters, Clarissa Super and Shenette Super of Raleigh; three sons, William Super of Goldsboro, Donald Super of Raleigh and Antonio Super of Beltsville, Md.; three brothers, Walter Smith and Spencer R. Smith Jr. of Goldsboro and Michael A. Smith of San Antonio, Texas; two sisters, Lauretta Butler of Seat Pleasant, Md., and Sarah Davis of LaGrange; and 12 grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 2 until 7 p.m. on Wednesday at McIntyre Funeral Home, and the family will be present to receive friends from 6 until 7 p.m. At other times the family will receive friends at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Smith Jr., 1556-C. Tommy's Road, and will assemble there prior to the funeral on Thursday morning.
